King Ottoa's got kind of a Larkin vibe going on and not just cause chin whiskies.

These guys all look like Kings of front line command in their prime. Very manly and such. Its great to see an appreciation for face whiskies on males. I definitely think King + face whiskies = King Squared. Not that shaven kings can't work... they just have to work harder at it without the classic symbol of male maturity and wisdom.

Of course as someone who read most of their elves in decades past I find all the hair a little wierd. In my day, *racking coughs up some of the dust of ages*, only half-elves had the body/face hair and physique of your elves. But that's just an observation not a criticism. I can't be critical of such a thing in an original fantasy series in which the author has all the right and power in the world to make such calls about the unique species in them. Well, I could but I'd be being a dick. And I personally like variation anyway and elves have had many forms over the decades (heights, powers, coloring etc...) and names if we go to centuries. Sorry for all the blah blah but you tend to take my dusty old observations rather seriously sometimes... and often make assumptions I meant them negatively...  TT

As long as we are on the subject of body types... Can you draw fat people? Admittedly it might be rarer to see fatties in a medieval "hand to mouth" world where most of the characters are fighters or resistance operatives in addition to their peasant lives (I mean that kind of life really burns the calories you know?!!) but then again you also have some folk form the upper merchant and noble classes who tend to put on some weight cause they can pack the calories and get somebody to do a lot of the physical work. Also successful innkeepers, patriarchs of successful and large farming families, those sorts of folks. To have a few for the characters to bump into now and then in the urban environments and the comfy rural villages might add some spice and important contrast to your world.

Fat folk can be pleasant Mama and Papa Santa clause types (you know the ones you always things should be chuckling merrily or appearing with cookies! ) or rich folk cold be the more sinister corrupted lord/lady who is fat cause they can't or won't control their earthly desires! Or just as a sign of how high on the hog they live over the people etc...

Anywho just curious but as always these days: Don't feel the need to respond. Rest those poor hands!
